Tennessee Wolverines Return To Central Girls Hockey League for 2025–2026 Season

Nashville, TN — The Tennessee Wolverines has officially announced its return to the Central Girls Hockey League (CGHL) for the upcoming 2025–2026 season, marking an exciting next chapter for girl’s hockey in Middle Tennessee.

The CGHL, a Tier-II girl’s league, features teams from Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, and Tennessee. Providing both competitive and development opportunities for young female athletes across the central United States.

“We’re thrilled for another exciting season back in the CGHL and to give our players the chance to compete against some of the best programs in the region,” said Ethan Burau, Hockey Director for the Tennessee Wolverines. “Our focus is on player development, teamwork, and creating a positive environment that encourages girls to love the game.”

The 2025–2026 CGHL season will run from OctoberthroughJanuary, with teams ranging from 10U to 19U. The CGHL and Wolverines committed to making hockey accessible for families by scheduling most games on weekends and keeping travel primarily within driving distance.
